Day 1 of the conference, Preparing for unannounced inspections, will show you how to do precisely that. The keynote presentation will explore what has been learnt from the process so far and this will be followed by case studies evaluating the preparation and experiences of strong performing councils.
Day 2 of the conference Children’s Services: Assessing and managing your performance under the CAA, is timed to allow you to learn from the top-performing organisations from the first results. Find out how a local authority, school, PCT, and police service each achieved a Green Flag for their services. Make sure you are comparing your approach with that of organisations who have proven success under the new framework.
